The app's "Home" (or "Items Requiring My Attention") screen provides a dashboard showing all items of immediate interest or those requiring timely user actions in one place.
Note: Not all users or districts will have access to all of these features. Your dashboard will hold items of relevance to you, specifically in the district to which you are logged in.
- Forms > Available Forms - This section of the app houses all forms available to you to submit. A few examples of the types of forms you might see include Absence Request, Change Absence Request, and Name Change Request.
- Forms > Pending Approvals - This section of the app shows all forms that are currently awaiting your review and approval.
- Substitute Jobs > New Available - This section of the app shows all unclaimed substitute positions for which you are eligible.
- Substitute Jobs > Upcoming - This section of the app displays all upcoming substitute jobs which you have accepted.
- Mobile Punch Clock > Punch In / Out - This section of the app allows you to clock into and out of work.
The little line icon in the upper right corner of the home screen is the main menu.
The icons at the bottom of the screen allow you to quickly navigate to the major sections of the app.
