If you've tried troubleshooting issues with the SchoolFront Mobile App using advice from our knowledge base articles and still haven't found a solution, your next step is to submit a support request.
1. To initiate a support request, navigate to the SchoolFront Mobile App Support Portal by either (a) tapping the question mark icon at the bottom of the screen, or (b) opening the main menu and tapping the Help menu item.
2. In the SchoolFront Mobile App Support Portal, select the Submit a request link from the main menu (or upper right section of the screen).
3. Complete the Submit a request form. Require fields are marked with an asterisk (*). The more detail you provide about the issue you are experiencing, the easier it will be for members of the SchoolFront Support Team to assist you.
4. When you have entered all required information and provided as much helpful additional information as possible, select the Submit button.
5. You will be contacted by a member of the SchoolFront Support Team.
