To access forms pending your approval, View Forms Pending Approval in the SchoolFront Mobile App.
After selecting a form to process, you will begin the review process.
By default, the form will be collapsed to start with. To view the form, tap Review Form.
If the form requires additional information for you, you will be prompted to input that information.
All required information is marked with a red asterisk (*). Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed before you will be allowed to tap the next button. Fields without an asterisk are optional and can be skipped if you do not wish to add information to them.
The content you enter will be added to the form.
Once you have completed required fields on a screen, tap the Next button. When all required fields are complete you will be prompted to either approve or disapprove of the form.
Tap Review Form to view the final form (including any content you added to the form, if applicable). If you notice any mistakes in the content you added, you can use the Back button to correct mistakes.
Note: Some forms require that the submitter upload files to support their submission. Some examples are mileage claim forms requiring the submitter to upload receipts or direct deposit forms requiring submitters upload voided checks.
When you review a form, for security reasons, files that are not "private" will be displayed in an iframe in the mobile app (rather than being downloaded to the user's mobile device), but files that are "private" will not be downloaded or display at all. Instead, if you attempt to view a private file, you will receive a message that says you can only view the file from the SchoolFront web (desktop) app.
Activity Log comments are optional. Enter comments if you want them to appear in the log.
Sign the form in the signature box. If you do not like the signature you entered, tap the red X icon to delete the signature. Then you can reenter it.
Tap the Submit button to complete the process.
