Some (not all) forms require you to upload supporting documentation. For example, a Direct Deposit form may require you to upload a voided check. To upload such documents, the file to be uploaded must be stored on your mobile device.
Upload a File
Tap the green upload icon to initiate the upload. Navigate to the file in your device file explorer and select it to upload it. Once the file is successfully uploaded, the file name will appear below the upload icon.
Change an Uploaded File to a Different File
If you accidentally upload the wrong file, tap the file icon again. Navigate to the alternative file in your device file explorer and select it to upload it. Once the file is successfully uploaded, the file name will appear below the upload icon.
