Important: You cannot edit your contact information on the SchoolFront Mobile App. If you need to change your contact information for any reason, you must contact the school district to request change(s). In most school districts, employee information in SchoolFront is pulled from the district's financial management systems, so records must be updated at the source.
To view your contact information:
1. Navigate to User Settings by tapping the small lines icon at the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Tap Account.
3. You will be able to view your contact information, as it is configured in SchoolFront for the specific District, in the section labeled Contact Info.
If this information is wrong, contact the school district to request that they update your information. If you do not know who to contact at the district, Submit a Support Request for Help with the SchoolFront Mobile App.
