To see what forms you have permission to submit, See What Forms Are Available in the the SchoolFront Mobile App.
To initiate a form in the Available Forms list, tap on the form and follow the instructions/prompts on the screen.
Required fields are marked with red asterisk marks (*). You will not be able to tap the Next button until required fields are completed. Fields without red asterisk marks are optional and can be skipped.
Some (not all) forms require you to upload supporting documentation. For example, a Direct Deposit form may require you to upload a voided check. To upload such documents, the file to be uploaded must be stored on your mobile device.
Tap the green upload icon to initiate the upload. Navigate to the file in your device file explorer and select it to upload it. Once the file is successfully uploaded, the file name will appear below the upload icon.

On the last page of the form, before you submit, the form, you can review the completed form, with all of the content you added by tapping Review Form.
Scroll past the form to tap Approve and then use your finger to sign your name in the Signature box.
Tap the submit button when the form is complete and you have ensured all of the information entered is correct.
