DETAILS
Mobile App Login
- #15602 - Cisco Duo SSO Not Yet Supported in Mobile App
Implementation of support for Microsoft Duo SSO is underway in the mobile application and is not yet available to districts/end users.
- #17043 - Text (SMS) & Email MFA Support in SchoolFront Mobile App
The SchoolFront desktop app supports the ability for SchoolFront users who are onboarding at customer organizations (and who therefore do not yet have the ability to use MFA via their organization’s SSO provider) to use email or text message (SMS) as a multi-factor authentication option when logging in. This functionality is not yet available in the SchoolFront Mobile app.
Subfinding
- #16005 - Push Notifications Not Yet Operable
We are still experiencing issues with push notifications in the sub-finding features of the mobile app. Currently too many push notifications are being triggered in the app, so push notifications have been disabled while we troubleshoot the problem.
- #17734 - Some Users May Experience Issues with Auto-publishing Sub Jobs to their Outlook Calendar
We are still hardening the integration between the mobile app and the Outlook calendar on user devices. Some users using the Outlook calendar on their mobile device may experience issues with syncing sub jobs onto their personal Outlook calendar.
- #17732 - Job History Filter Ignores Start Date when No End Date is Set
Setting only a Start Date on Job History doesn’t filter the list. For example, with history going back to February, setting a Start Date of October 1st leaves the list unchanged and still shows jobs from February onward.
- #17706 - Saved Calendar Event for Sub Job Lists Sub as the Teacher Being Subbed For
When a substitute saves a job to their device calendar from the mobile app, the calendar event shows the sub’s own name as the teacher they’re subbing for, instead of the absent teacher’s name.
Process Forms
- #17724 - Hours Entered on a Claim Form Don’t Save in the Mobile App
When a user taps the Edit icon on a Claim form, enters hours in the popup, and taps Next, they’re returned to the grid but the hours don’t appear. Because the hours never save, the user can’t complete the form.
- #17720 - Approver Cannot Approve Forms of the "Certification" Type because Prefilled Required Fields are Blank
When an Approver opens a form of the form type, "Certification," on the mobile app, the previously filled Certification Area, Certification Level, and Certification Type fields are empty, and no values are available to select. Since these fields are required, the Approver can’t approve, sign, or submit the form.
- #17815 - Next-Approver Options Don’t Update when Changing Final Approval Level Using Mobile App
When approving a form using the mobile app, changing the final approval level (e.g., from level 2 to level 3) doesn’t update the next-approver options. The app keeps showing the default level’s settings, so users may see level 2’s approver list after selecting level 3, or see no approver list when level 3 requires one.
- #17822 - Claims Review Screen Shows Duplicate Entries after Navigating Backward and Forward
When you fill out the claims form and go to the final review screen, your entries show correctly the first time. If you go back to the claims form and then return to the review screen, some entries appear twice.
